At EKON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
